Acton Church has been the site of a number of movie shoots as well as locations for well-known TV programs.  Used in the past for the Six Million Dollar Man and The A-Team, as well as locations for major portions of made-for-TV-movies Promised a Miracle (CBS) and The 60's (NBC).  Both the buildings as well as portions of the property (including Acton Cemetery) have been included in numerous films and TV productions.  Students at the California School of the Arts have used church properties for student film projects on many occasions.

Heritage Field, the activity field of Acton Church which is located at the corner of Crown Valley Road & Gillespie Street, has also been used for crew parking when shoots are outside the local filming zone as well as being large enough to accommodate an entire company (2 acres).
